Friday Night Activities in Burbank
This our fourth show hosted at your favorite bike shop in Burbank, our friend Dan Dowling is pulling together a great line up of comedians for a fun night. This show is entirely free but please RSVP! Drinks will be available, tips are welcome. The tips go to the comedians.
Doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8pm.

Swift Campout 2024
Swift Campout June 22nd-23rd Los Angeles Edition

We are excited to see everyone for nice little campout at Mt. Pacifico.
Route 1 - Joy Ride
We will be leaving from Chilao visitor center by 3:30pm meeting at 3pm. The route estimates about one hour and 30 minutes. This route will be lead by Steph and is a casual no drop ride.
Park at the Chilao Visitor center can be found near the start of the route, link below. Please note you need an adventure pass ($5), can be found at most outdoor stores or gas stations near the the Angeles Crest hwy.

Route 2 - Thrill Hill Thrash
For those who would like a more challenging ride join us on the paincave route. We will be riding a 39mile ride starting from Lets Ride Cyclery in Burbank. This route will be lead by Mike and is not a race it will be a chill pace.
Ride meets at 8am and rolls at 8:30am

**Important there is no running water there, make sure to bring your on own TP they do have vault toilet but you never know!
Bug Season the Angeles Forest has been very buggy lately with flies, mosquitos. We are unsure if it will be that bad at pacifico but please prepare
Reminder any trash should be taken with you, you packed it in so pack it out.

*Please note a couple of weeks ago google maps was routing folks around the mountain if it is routing you far out please use the directions below.
From Los Angeles
Take Angeles Crest Hwy (CA-2) NORTH, turn LEFT onto Angeles Forest Hwy, Make a RIGHT onto Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Rd, LEFT onto Angeles Crest Hwy
OR you can also start by going up Big Tujunga Canyon Rd and follow the route to Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Rd.
From the High Desert/Canyon Country Areas
Take the Antelope Valley Freeway (CA-14) and exit Angeles Forest Hwy, make a LEFT onto Upper Big Tujunga, LEFT onto Angeles Crest Hwy (CA-2)

We will be closing on Black Friday for a fun epic ride!
Ride Details
Come join us for a 52 mile and 5.9k of climbing! We will be heading from the shop in Burbank to the Angeles Forest, we will have a nice break at inspiration point and head down to Idlehour! A few things to keep in mind Idlehour has very narrow steep descents and climbs, theres poison oak, we will be passing Mt. Lowe Campground which has a bathroom and theres running water that can be filtered down at idlehour.
There will be single track, tough climbs and big miles. Make sure you have everything you need food, water and repair kits.

All demo bikes will have to be reserve ahead of time via form here. If you don’t see a bike that you were looking for then they are already reserved.
What to bring if I am on a demo?
Bring your own helmets, shoes and pedals. Riders using a demo must have a credit card and valid ID to claim the demo bike.

We will be parking down off on the road, and riding up to Gleason as a group.

Format: Each racer must tear out a page of one of the checkpoint books that match your racer number. If one fails to bring the correct page, that will result in an automatic disqualification.

We will have an additional ride for those who want a bit more of an challenging bike route leaving from Lets Ride Cyclery after the LA Tourist race takes off at 8:30am. LA Tourist Race #2
We’re back with our old format, create the best route to optimize your time. We are also throwing in a little bonus if you carry all your camping gear up to Mt. Pacifico, knocking off a whole hour. The LA Tourist race is a gravel race in Los Angeles, it is all self supported meaning have your own tools, food and water.
To complete the race each racer must tear out a page of one of the check point books that matches your racer number. If one fails to bring the correct page that will result in an automatic disqualification.
The race will start at 7:30am make sure to arrive early to check in and you will have until 8:30pm giving you 13 hours to race.
It's going to be hot, so bring enough water or water filter.
